Got this on sale during Black Friday . Def gets the heart going to produce a good workout . For me I wanted something to make me swest a lot during a workout and this helped . Taste was not bad . Last a good month an half I would say .

I was even dripping sweat repeatedly annd was shocked . Even before working out it has you lightly sweating and kicks in pretty quick. I also use this with peach perfect creatine for an extra boost!
